Happy New Year! The Festive Season seems a long time ago now with the children back at school and systems back to normal. The restaurant had a busy run up to Christmas with a plethora of Ladies Lunches leading the way, evening bookings came a close second. In fact there was so much interest in the Ladies Lunches that we will be holding on Tuesdays as well as the normal Wednesday and Thursday. The New Year was seen in with style as we bopped our way in guided by the talented Charles Seaton on guitar, Jack and Ben managed to stay awake for the first time up and joined us for Auld Lang Syne

The coming months have a few special days worth celebrating starting with "Burns Night" on January 25th. The elusive Haggis has been sighted by our man up in the glens and we have been promised a good catch this year. Jane has devised a splendid menu to accompany it and there are spaces available! Shortly after that is of course Valentine's Night on Feb 14th when you can enjoy a romantic evening in the relaxed ambience here.

Mothering Sunday is on March 2nd when you can treat that important lady to one of our special Sunday Lunches. At the end of that month is the Easter Holiday and we will be open for another Special Lunch on Easter Sunday March 23rd.

Fans of the Friday Fizz will be delighted to know we will be having a special lunch on Good Friday with Fizz included and we are introducing Friday Feasts to see off the Winter cold from February 22nd until Winter runs out. A glass of mulled Cider, canapés and a 2 course meal for £16.50
