Menus

We like to operate a personal service where we can discuss with you what your requirements are and then produce a menu to suit you. You may have a favourite dish that you want to include or allowances that have to be made for special dietary needs. All this can be arranged and catered for in the final meal.

Of course you have to start somewhere so we have sample menus for you to look at. These are not set in stone and can be changed to suit you.

We use the best local produce as much as possible and all our food is prepared in our kitchens at the restaurant or on site at the venue

Hot meal - sit down, served

Hot Main Courses
Breast of chicken wrapped in Prosciutto with a sage and mozzarella filling with Somerset Cider sauce
Slow roasted shoulder of lamb with a salsa verde and dauphinois potatoes
Sweet potato & macadamia nut pattie with avocado salsa
Vegetable wellington layered with saffron rice, Halloumi cheese & roasted vegetables

Served with hot potatoes and salads or seasonal vegetables

Orange & passionfruit tart
Chocolate roulade
Fresh fruit Pavlova

This is a food only price, all other items if required are extra and we can quote accordingly. As a guide we can provide the above with staff,  linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware for around an extra £12.50 - £15.00/hd ex VAT.
