10.00    Arrival - Tea, coffee & biscuits in the restaurant lounge
10.15    Introduction - Jane Bond, chef at New Farm will explain the cookery demonstration and answer any questions you may have.
10.30    Demonstration -  Jane will demonstrate preparation of some of the menu below and invite participation and competition from the bride to be and friends
~12.45    Lunch - Retire to the restaurant to enjoy the fruits of the demonstration with a glass of Champagne!
