Sample Menu for a 3 Course Seated Event

Starters:
Smoked chicken and melon stack topped with herb creme fraiche
Watercress & spinach roulade with roasted red peppers and cream cheese filling
Smoked salmon & crab parcel with a dill dressing

Main Course:
Tenderloin Pork with a rich tomato sauce
Guinea fowl supreme with a caramelised apple & Somerset Cider Brandy cream sauce
Chicken supreme wrapped in Denhay ham stuffed with Somerset Brie, sage and tomato
Dauphinois potatoes, medley of seasonal vegetables

Dessert:
Orange and passion fruit tart with raspberry coulis
Sticky toffee pudding with tofee sauce and clotted cream
Chewy berry meringue with clotted cream and berry compote
